SRO Motorsports Group Delivers Unparalleled British GT Championship Coverage in 2023

SRO Motorsports Group is set to revolutionize the fan experience in the British GT Championship and other top-tier GT series this season, thanks to its industry-leading online broadcasts and a series of strategic television agreements around the world.

Motorsport enthusiasts can access all 52 races across the Fanatec GT World Challenge powered by AWS continents via the official GT World YouTube channel and SRO Motorsports Twitch account. Additionally, qualifying, pre-qualifying, and free practice sessions will be live-streamed on the same platforms for selected events (subject to championship regulations).

The coverage will be available free-to-view, with English commentary, as well as French, German, and Italian language streams for Fanatec GT Europe fans. This commitment to accessibility and language diversity ensures that the British GT Championship and other SRO-organized series reach a truly global audience.

“The breadth of coverage extends beyond the British GT Championship, as every other race organized by SRO Motorsports Group will be live and free on GT World and Twitch. The majority of qualifying and practice sessions can also be viewed as they happen, providing fans with unparalleled access to the action.”

Complementing the online offerings, SRO Motorsports Group has secured an extensive television package that includes partnerships with prominent broadcasters such as Sky Sports in the UK and Germany, Sky Italia in Italy, and MotoRRacing in France. These agreements will deliver live coverage and highlights to motorsport fans across Europe.

In the United States, MAV TV will air highlights, while J Sports continues its agreement in Japan. Furthermore, a comprehensive live action and highlights package will be distributed globally, covering Asia, America, Africa, Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East.

The 2023 racing season has already kicked off with a record number of viewers for the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour, which marked the start of the Intercontinental GT Challenge and Fanatec GT Australia season. Last weekend, the British GT Championship and FFSA Championnat de France des Circuits held their opening rounds, setting the stage for an action-packed year ahead.

As the European and American championships begin this weekend at Circuit Paul Ricard and Sonoma Raceway, respectively, the SRO Motorsports Group’s commitment to delivering unparalleled coverage ensures that fans of the British GT Championship and other top-tier GT series can follow the action like never before.
